One change to the arrival date is allowed when requested in writing and confirmed more than 48 hours before date of arrival.  Only one date change is permitted per reservation and must be booked within 12 months of the original stay.

Changes are not allowed within 48 hours of arrival date.

Any date changes that incur a higher price must be paid at the time the booking is changed and will become part of the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made are subject to 100% charge of deposit, no refunds for cancellations or non-arrivals.
